Clinical Study Coordinator

Job Summary:

• Responsible for coordinating clinical research activities for the Heart & Vascular Clinical Research Division.
• Assist UNMC Principal Investigators and nurse coordinators with project management, coordination and implementation of clinical trials.
• Provide data management support and works to ensure trials move forward toward enrollment goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years clinical experience and/or research experience in a clinical or laboratory setting.
• Microsoft Access,Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Word

Will consider six years education and/or related experience combined of which two years must include post high school education.

• Ability to work effectively with other team members
• Solid organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Computer literacy and proficiency
• Utilization of knowledge and skills related to meeting age-specific needs of the patient population served within the copy of the job description: Age specific populations served include Adult (18-65) and Geriatric (65 and older).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Past clinical research skills and knowledge preferred
• Epic (One Chart)
